Fulham are making a move for Lyon midfielder Rayan Cherki.

The Daily Mail says Fulham are trying to sign Cherki before the transfer window closes tonight.

Lyon are said to be able to sacrifice Cherki to free up funds as Orel Mangala (Nottingham Forest) and Sad Benrahma (West Ham) are expected to join today.

Cherki has managed to score 15 goals and 19 assists in 123 competitive matches for Lyon at senior level.
